September 24, 2023 - Twenty-Fifth Sunday in Ordinary Time
Please join us this Sunday following the 9:00 a.m. Holy Mass for breakfast and fellowship as we celebrate our Patron Saint’s Feast Day. In advance, we would like to thank our cooks, the Women’s Altar Rosary Guild and the Knights of Columbus for all they do to support the parish of St. Vincent de Paul.
Youth in grades 7 through 12 are invited to join us on Monday, September 25th, for a Youth Activity Night which will take place offsite. Pre-registration is required. Registration forms are available on our website or in the RE office. Please contact Mary Ware for additional information.
Exposition and adoration of the Most Blessed Sacrament will follow the 9 a.m. Sunday Holy Mass on October 1st, for one hour.
The Parish of St. Vincent de Paul is hosting a Rosary Rally on Saturday, October 14th, to peacefully and prayerfully raise awareness of the Fatima message. We will do this by praying the Rosary at 12 noon in the piazza. All are invited to join us. Please contact Brenda Strauss for additional information.
The Archdiocese of Atlanta is promoting Grace Scholars Awareness by encouraging those interested to register now for your 2024 Georgia state tax credit that benefits Catholic education. You will receive a 100 percent state of Georgia tax credit for your donation, a gift to help deserving students in Georgia receive an excellent Catholic education at no cost to you. Additional information as well as the QR code to sign up is posted on the information wall between the Religious Education and parish offices.
A Parish Fall Festival will take place on Saturday, October 28th. Tickets and other festival items will be available for purchase following Holy Masses today. We are seeking volunteers to help make this event a huge success. Contact Judith Fuentes for additional information.
